個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

秦晉棟,男,1984年3月生,現(xiàn)為武漢大學(xué)信息管理學(xué)院數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與智能商務(wù)系副教授。東南大學(xué)-加拿大阿爾伯塔大學(xué)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士(管理科學(xué)與工程),新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)、歐洲工商管理學(xué)院(INSEAD)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者,曾任職于武漢理工大學(xué)管理學(xué)院。主要研究方向?yàn)榇髷?shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的智能決策分析,可解釋機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)與商務(wù)智能。近年來(lái)圍繞知識(shí)和數(shù)據(jù)融合驅(qū)動(dòng)的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)管理決策問(wèn)題開(kāi)展了較為系統(tǒng)的理論與應(yīng)用研究工作,研究成果在INFORMS Journal on Computing (UTD24)、IISE Transactions、European Journal of Operations Research、Omega、Decision Support Systems、International Journal of Production Economics、Annals of Operations Research、Journal of the Operational Research Society、IEEE Transactions系列、系統(tǒng)工程理論與實(shí)踐、中國(guó)管理科學(xué)等管理科學(xué)與信息科學(xué)領(lǐng)域重要期刊發(fā)表SCI/SSCI論文90余篇,論文總引用4100余次,H指數(shù)35,多篇論文入選ESI高被引和熱點(diǎn)論文,在科學(xué)出版社、Springer和Elsevier出版學(xué)術(shù)專著3部,入選斯坦福大學(xué)發(fā)布的全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家榜單(2021-2023)、愛(ài)思維爾中國(guó)高被引學(xué)者(2021-2023,管理科學(xué)與工程領(lǐng)域)、湖北省楚天學(xué)者計(jì)劃(2019),湖北省青年科技晨光計(jì)劃(2018)。研究成果獲評(píng)中國(guó)百篇最具國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)影響力論文 (2017),以第一完成人獲湖北省社科優(yōu)秀成果獎(jiǎng)等省部級(jí)科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)4項(xiàng),主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、青年項(xiàng)目、教育部人文社科、湖北省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目5項(xiàng)。現(xiàn)任Springer期刊《Management System Engineering》執(zhí)行主編,Information Sciences、International Journal of General Systems等四個(gè)SCI/SSCI期刊的領(lǐng)域主編、副主編以及國(guó)際電子商務(wù)聯(lián)合會(huì)中國(guó)分會(huì)、中國(guó)系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)會(huì)數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)專委會(huì)、中國(guó)優(yōu)選法統(tǒng)籌法與經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)學(xué)研究會(huì)智能決策與博弈分會(huì)、計(jì)算機(jī)模擬分會(huì)、湖北省系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)會(huì)等5個(gè)學(xué)會(huì)的常務(wù)理事或理事, 兼任國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金通訊評(píng)審專家、教育部學(xué)位中心博士學(xué)位論文通訊評(píng)議專家,中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金通訊評(píng)審專家,擔(dān)任MSOM、IJOC、POM、IISE、Decision Sciences、EJOR、Omega、IEEE Transactions系列、系統(tǒng)工程理論與實(shí)踐等70余個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)外管理科學(xué)與數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)權(quán)威期刊的審稿人。
