個人簡介

秦晉棟，男，1984年3月生，現(xiàn)為武漢大學(xué)信息管理學(xué)院數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與智能商務(wù)系副教授。東南大學(xué)-加拿大阿爾伯塔大學(xué)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士（管理科學(xué)與工程），新加坡國立大學(xué)、歐洲工商管理學(xué)院(INSEAD)訪問學(xué)者，曾任職于武漢理工大學(xué)管理學(xué)院。主要研究方向為大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的智能決策分析，可解釋機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)與商務(wù)智能。近年來圍繞知識和數(shù)據(jù)融合驅(qū)動的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)管理決策問題開展了較為系統(tǒng)的理論與應(yīng)用研究工作，研究成果在INFORMS Journal on Computing (UTD24)、IISE Transactions、European Journal of Operations Research、Omega、Decision Support Systems、International Journal of Production Economics、Annals of Operations Research、Journal of the Operational Research Society、IEEE Transactions系列、系統(tǒng)工程理論與實踐、中國管理科學(xué)等管理科學(xué)與信息科學(xué)領(lǐng)域重要期刊發(fā)表SCI/SSCI論文90余篇，論文總引用4100余次，H指數(shù)35，多篇論文入選ESI高被引和熱點(diǎn)論文，在科學(xué)出版社、Springer和Elsevier出版學(xué)術(shù)專著3部，入選斯坦福大學(xué)發(fā)布的全球前2%頂尖科學(xué)家榜單(2021-2023)、愛思維爾中國高被引學(xué)者（2021-2023，管理科學(xué)與工程領(lǐng)域）、湖北省楚天學(xué)者計劃（2019），湖北省青年科技晨光計劃（2018）。研究成果獲評中國百篇最具國際學(xué)術(shù)影響力論文 (2017)，以第一完成人獲湖北省社科優(yōu)秀成果獎等省部級科研獎勵4項，主持國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目、青年項目、教育部人文社科、湖北省自然科學(xué)基金項目5項。現(xiàn)任Springer期刊《Management System Engineering》執(zhí)行主編，Information Sciences、International Journal of General Systems等四個SCI/SSCI期刊的領(lǐng)域主編、副主編以及國際電子商務(wù)聯(lián)合會中國分會、中國系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)會數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)專委會、中國優(yōu)選法統(tǒng)籌法與經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)學(xué)研究會智能決策與博弈分會、計算機(jī)模擬分會、湖北省系統(tǒng)工程學(xué)會等5個學(xué)會的常務(wù)理事或理事, 兼任國家自然科學(xué)基金通訊評審專家、教育部學(xué)位中心博士學(xué)位論文通訊評議專家，中國博士后科學(xué)基金通訊評審專家，擔(dān)任MSOM、IJOC、POM、IISE、Decision Sciences、EJOR、Omega、IEEE Transactions系列、系統(tǒng)工程理論與實踐等70余個國內(nèi)外管理科學(xué)與數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)權(quán)威期刊的審稿人。
